Elaina Kilpatrick is the owner and founder of The Cheerleading Academy in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  Cheerleading quickly became her passion after her first year cheering and has been a big part of her life for over sixteen years. She coached the Saint Louis Catholic High School Cheerleading team for seven years and earned state and national titles.  In addition to coaching at Saint Louis, Elaina has coached local middle school teams, choreographed routines for many high school teams in the state, held camps for children of all ages, and has taught many children in the Lake Charles area tumbling . The most rewarding thing to Elaina is to see the progress students make and to see the life skills that they can take from the sport of cheerleading. Elaina is most excited to be able to bring the love of cheerleading and tumbling to the Lake Charles community in a unique and special way. Her hope is that each and every student who comes through the doors of The Cheerleading Academy leaves feeling confident, excited, and with a deeper love for cheerleading.
